Teaching Portfolio

At Auburn University I had the opportunity to gain teaching experience in a variety of different environments. I was a TA for two semesters; my first semester with Dr. Sam Ruddick for American Literature, which took place entirely online, and my second semester with Dr. Emily Friedman for British Literature, which took place in a hybrid style environment. Both opportunities gave me the experience and confidence to begin teaching my own courses as an instructor of record. I taught two sections of English 1100 in person in the Fall of 2021 and currently teach one section of English 1120 this semester. Below you will find links to my teaching philosophy and just some of the items I have used in my classes, things like syllabi, assignment sheets, and student examples.
